🍃🌿Irish Moss is neutral in taste and color and a multifunctional thickener, a binding agent in smoothies, soups, cakes, ice cream, etc. Irish moss contains 75% of all amino acids you need and is a source of selenium, copper, iodine, zinc , molybdenum. Nutrient-rich, low in carbohydrates and fats, saturated and yet easily digestible, it is an ideal addition to almost any diet.🌿🌱🌾
