items I was diagnosed with R.A. in 2006 and it's been life changing. The pain can be debilitating at times, and it really sucks to have to rely on my husband and others to help me with little things. Like opening a bottle of water, a package of food, etc. It hurts to chop food, pull my straight leg pants up, button anything. I recently discovered these tools to make my life easier. I created this list for others who might be experiencing the same things I am.
