I used to munch on these when I was in college. They're great to snack on if you're in study mode. You can also take these along on a hike or a trip!

One thing I will say is that if you're on any medication(s) for blood thinning, diabetes, or blood pressure, you may want to avoid the Cacao Goji flavor as the goji berries may negatively interact with these medications, but talk with your doctor about it first.

Nativas also has other flavors such as Blueberry Hemp, Chocolate Cacao, and Coffee Cacao. But again, always check the ingredients to see if they interact with any medications you're taking.

Carnivore Crisps is another great alternative to jerky. What makes Carnivore Crisps a little different from Carnivore Snax is that they offer elk and organ meats!

I'm a chocolate lover, so when I first came across brewed cacao, I was intrigued. During college, it was sometimes difficult to get through long hours of lectures and studying and caffeine negatively put me on edge. Drinking Crio Bru provided a nice ...here to learn more).

Okay, this is technically a coffee, but this is a new kind of coffee, paraxanthine coffee. Paraxanthine is a metabolite of caffeine that has less negative side effects. I'm always intrigued by the different varieties of rice out there (and I can't help it because I'm Asian 😂). Jasberry rice appears to be a newer variety of rice. It has a hint of sweetness like other black rice. Apparently, it has a lot more antioxi...here).

If you're watching your sodium intake, here's a great alternative. It's savory and salty, and it can help with your blood pressure (it has antihypertensive properties). Additionally, it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, and anticancer properties.

The first time I came across lava salt was at a specialty grocery store. I was quite intrigued by its dark colors and wondered what it would taste like. I haven't tried it yet, but this will be on my grocery shopping list in the future. To be clear, ...

Organ meats provide a lot of nutrition, but the taste can be difficult to tolerate. Pluck fixes this problem by turning organ meats into a seasoning. I have tried their all-purpose seasoning and it is delicious. Nice savory taste.

Over the past 2.5 years, I've been on a rocky health journey. Down the line, I've come to learn that we are not just biochemical beings, but also bioelectrical. Yes, I know how it sounds. It sounds rubbish, such "woo woo.” However, I've had minor but...here.

To be completely honest, I have not tried NION yet because it's pricey and out of my budget. But I wanted to share this with you all in case it benefits you should you decide to try.
