If you looked through my “Severe Insomnia (Now Resolved)” section, you probably saw the first item and got a little bit of an introduction to SCENAR (and woo woo for that matter).

So, what is SCENAR? SCENAR is a biofeedback device that communicates with your body by sending electrical currents, similar to that of the human nervous system. “In return, the nervous system activates complex mechanisms of self-adjustment and self-tuning of all body systems. ...YouTube). While it's worked wonders for my symptoms, my only gripe with it is that you have to insert it within 1-2 minutes while it's solid. It's pretty cold when you put it in. Talk about a wake up call.

Put the wrapped suppository in the middle of the ice gel pack, then fold the pack like you're making a taco. I also like to put this combination in an insulated pouch (like this one) to keep them cold longer.

Structured water… is it really a thing? Gerald Pollack theorizes that there's a 4th phase of water, Exclusion Zone (EZ) water, which could be interchangeably called structured water. You can check out his research here: PubMed.
