I used all of these during pregnancy. First trimester alternating between Salus & Belly Butter. Second Trimester using Salus at night and the remaining oils after morning shower. Vitamin E oil all over the body.
Pre-Natal & Vitamins
Pre-Natal's and Vitamins can make all the difference in how you feel during pregnancy. These have been my faves to take. Always check with your doctor first!
