I love a good physical book, but sometimes an audio performance can elevate a book. Here are some books I HIGHLY recommend listening to the audiobook over reading the physical book.

Stand Alone Reads / Can Be read as Standalones
These books are either standalones or books that can be listened to as standalones.
This book has so much emotion. I have never wanted to hug a child so much in my life. If you love an Irish accent, then I highy recommend the audiobook.
Devil of Dublin
This was genius by itself. It is a rom com meets dark romance where two unalivers are competing on who can kill the target first. It's hilarious, but the audio narration is done duet style and was recorded live. There is audio sound effects, plus the narrators are top tier. I highly recommend the audiobook.
Butcher & Blackbird by Brynne Weaver
This book has a ton of banter and a ton of fun. This read has a strong sassy FMC, and several tattoo mafia MMCs. This book has accents that are better listened to on audiobook.
Forget Me Not Bombshell by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti
Aero is unhinged, and daddy Joe Arden does a perfect job playing this MMC. This book is one of my favorite audiobooks of the year.
That Sik Luv by Jescie Hall
This book has all the feels, and the narrators just drive this book straight through your heart. The emotions are high.
When the Stars Fall Emery Rose
There's just something sexy about the deep voice of Zeus on audiobook. This age gap romance is hot (insert melty face)
Welcome to the Dark Side by Giana Darling
This book was so good, and I absolutely love the audio narration. I love small town vibes with a broody MMC and a sassy FMC.
Love Me Today by A.L. Jackson
This book was both morbid and hilarious. There is once character that his so hilarious on audio that I died laughing.
Cute but Psycho by Beatrix Hallow
This is the first book on audio that I obsessed over and drove my newfound love for audiobooks. Both the female narrator and male narrator gave a top tier performance and left me flushed during the spicy scenes. This is a very taboo spicy romance.
Priest by Sierra Simone
I love this book so much. I think it is perfect for spooky season TBR. The audiobook is hot to listen to as well.
Her Soul to Take by Harley Laroux
I am so in love with the FMC in this book. She's hella strong, and the narrator did such a great job encompassing her. The quick witted banter between the two, but the evenly matched wills makes this such a great romance. The action drives the story for a fast paced read.
Skeletons of Society by Marie Maravilla
Must be read as a series
This series should definitely be read on audio! The duet narration style in conjunction with the sound effects makes it feel like a live action.
Hate by Tate James
The narrator for this read plays two separate MMCs, and you can swear it's two separate people. This book has all the feels, and the narration pulls on your heart strings.
Complicated Hearts by A Jade
The sound effects make this narration top tier. Plus who wouldn't love to listen to smut with top tier spice? This book is a great quick spicy read for those who love men in masks.
Bloodshed by Molly Doyle
Everyone knows this one, but I do recommend the audiobook. The narrators are top tier, and listening to daddy Zade just elevates this read.
