Love the Amazonian clay Tartelette palettes. I find them to have excellent color payoff and blendable. I have the Matte palette and the Toasted palette.
The Matte palette can be intimidating for a beginner like myself but the included guide helped me understand how to mix and match the colors for a more neutral and a more dramatic look.
