Supplements
Mostly essentials like vitamins and minerals
Great company based in Canada. You can customize your own multivitamin (ingredients and their amounts). Price depends on how many ingredients are in your supplement.
VitaminLab | Custom and Personalized Vitamins
I like this particular Vitamin D3 supplement because it's derived from fish liver oil. One softgel is 1000 IU, so you have a little more control on how much you can take (2000 IU, 3000 IU, 4000 IU, etc).
Bluebonnet Nutrition Vitamin D3 (1000 IU)
This is the main magnesium supplement I use. Very satisfied.
InnovixLabs Advanced Magnesium
I like this Vitamin K2 supplement because it contains both MK-4 and MK-7. “MK-4 supports normal brain function, and can travel across the placenta to benefit the developing fetus. MK-7, which goes to work in the bones, is longer acting.”
InnovixLabs Full Spectrum Vitamin K2
I also like this brand. The amount of malate in this supplement gives me a subtle boost in energy.
Double Wood Supplements Magnesium Malate
I've had a good experience with this brand also. This magnesium contains 7 forms, providing different health benefits such as relaxation, muscle recovery, and metabolic health.
Here's another omega-3 supplement (calanus oil) that I've tried in the past. Works just as well as the other brand.
Arctic Ruby Oil (Calanus Oil, Omega-3)
Pricey, so I only use as needed. SPMs are derived from omega-3's and omega-6's. Rather than stop inflammation like NSAIDs, SPMs resolve inflammation to accelerate healing. Talk with your doctor first before using.

For healthier teeth and gums 🦷😁
Confidence in a fluoride-free toothpaste that uses hydroxyapatite.
Boka Toothpaste
I honestly don't know if I've seen a difference in the health of my gums, but I particularly like this floss because the texture helps gently scrape between my teeth.
Bamboo Charcoal Floss
If you already have the reusable glass floss container, you can get the refills here
Bamboo Charcoal Floss (Refills)
My tongue feels cleaner since using a scraper. I think I taste things better too!

😋
I like to have a small portion of this with my dinner. Helps me sleep at bedtime because it naturally contains melatonin.
Unsweetened Dried Tart Cherries
I eat a small portion of this with my dinner. Helps me sleep at bedtime as it also naturally contains melatonin.
gimMe Sea Salt & Avocado Oil Organic Roasted Seaweed Sheets
There's rolled oats, steel cut oats, and then there's whole grain oats. These have tremendously helped in lowering my LDL cholesterol. What I also like about this brand is that their oats are glyphosate residue free!
Almond Cow Organic Whole Grain Oats
Hehe, yeah this is a bit weird. I like to add a tiny bit of it into my rice. There are some potential health benefits like boosting immunity and healing stomach ulcers, but the evidence is very limited in humans.

Sleep
😴
Since using this, I've started sleeping better. The extra lift from the nasal strip helps me breathe in more air through my nose.
Clear Passage Nasal Strips Extra Strength
I'm a bit of a light sleeper, so I like to use earplugs. These are probably the softest ones I've ever used, so they don't cause irritation or sores in your ears. They really block out a lot of sound (NRR 33).
3M™ E-A-Rsoft™ Earplugs
Sleeping in a weighted blanket has a “hugging” effect on me. I found this to be relaxing.
Weighted Blanket
Very cooling. I sleep well with it during the summer.

Skincare
Because I have dry skin 🏜️
This definitely softens and moisturizes my dry skin in a matter of a few days.
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream
This packs much more moisture for such a small amount. My face doesn't appear to have dry skin anymore :)
Skin Renewing Night Cream | Moisturizers - CeraVe
This is also a nice lotion that uses "clean" ingredients. It does provide some moisture to my skin, but I find that it doesn't restore the health of it as much as the CeraVe products do.
Acure Everyday Eczema Lotion
Eyes 👀
I suffer from Blepharitis :(
Very simple and effective. Stays warm longer than needed. Made a huge difference in the dryness of my eyes.
Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress
While the Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress helps with my dry eyes, I found that this helped sustain the effect of keeping them much less dry.
Blephasol
This has also worked well in improving dryness in my eyes in conjunction with Blephasol.
