Interior wood stain
If you're feeling fancy, these gold taper candles might just take your project to the next level.
12 in. Metallic Gold Taper Candles (12-Set)
These will become your base for the candle sticks.
1/2 in. Copper Pressure Cup x Cup Coupling with Stop Fitting (10-Pack)
Start by selecting your wood of choice and the size you want. I started with a 4x4 and ended up with a 3x3x12 piece in the end.
4 in. x 4 in. x 10 ft. #2 Southern Yellow Pine Cedar-Tone Pressure-Treated Lumber
For make the holes for the candles.
1-1/4 in. x 6 in. SPEEDemon Spade Bit
Pick your paint color for the final touch! This Behr paint and primer in one spray paint will make the job ridiculously easy. And so many great colors to choose from!
12 oz. #700B-7 Wild Manzanita Gloss Interior/Exterior Spray Paint and Primer Aerosol
Don't forget the felt pads for the bottom! It will help protect whatever you set the holder on, but will also help keep the bottom from any chips and scratches as well.
