A locally owned toy store that has been delighting children and families for years! While it looks small from the outside, they have so many great choices of toys for all ages!
Necker's Toyland
Love to go year round, especially when the tulips and roses are in bloom. Free concerts in the summer.

A perfect place to explore. A 1 mile walk on a boardwalk over marsh and through the woods. Def need to hold little hands as they explore, but it is such a beautiful place!
Little Pond Boardwalk Trail
Picture perfect park. Explore the grounds, walk on their trails, bring a picnic lunch, and plan to take some gorgeous family photos!

Fun indoor play area. Great for socializing with other kids their age.

Let your toddler explore this wonderful museum! So many great things to see, the dinosaurs are our favorite.
Yale Peabody Museum
Cutestest little amusement park. Has a good amount of rides for young children, but also enough for older ones as well. Fun splash pad area!
Quassy Amusement & Waterpark
Bike path, walking trails along water, nature center, and small waves make this one of the best beaches in CT!
Hammonasset Beach State Park

One of the best indoor play areas in the State!

Go during the week to avoid crowds. Better in the warmer months.

The Dinosaur Place
One of the best beaches for little ones in CT. Plan to go during low tide so your child can explore the sand. Parking lot is small, so midweek is best.
