Get a sample pack and try it out in 32oz od water.  This is the best way to maintain a decent level of potassium, sodium, and magnesium.  My favorite flavors are the orange, citrus, and watermelon.  The chocolate isn't bad either.

The ONLY thing I would change about the fitbit.  Get a fabric band.  The rubber/plastic band gets sweaty and is uncomfortable at times.
