Another great book about being shy. It involves the reader in really cute and clever ways.

I had never heard of lightbeam books before we found this one, and they are genius. You get to use a little flashlight on each page to find a list of nocturnal animals, my daughter loves it.
Moonlight Animals (Lightbeam Books)
Alright so this one is interactive in that you get to sing this book instead of reading it at storytime. Do I also laugh while I am singing? Yes, because this poop song is very clever and I love it. Its perfect to get your potty training kid interest...
The Poop Song
The illustrations in this book are very minimalist and the questions it asks about the pictures are perfect for readers age 3-4. It has a calming vibe to it.
A House - by Kevin Henkes (Hardcover)
My daughters favorite book of all time.
Sesame Street: The Monster at the End of This Sound Book - (Play-A-Sound) by Jon Stone (Hardcover)
Ideal for readers age 1-2 because the slide feature is mesmerizing for them. This was one of our favorites and the wear and tear on it showed that!
Good Night/Buenas Noches - by Meritxell Marti (Board Book)
It's beauitiful, its interactive, its educational. I buy this and Buenas Noches for baby showers and 1st birthday part gifts.
Good Morning/Buenos Días - by Meritxell Marti (Board Book)
We found this gem at our favorite local bakery. Its perfect for days where she wants to hang out with me in the kitchen, she has her own little kitchen and I will give her this book to keep her busy. Also makes a really great gift for 2-4 year olds.
Cookies!: An Interactive Recipe Book (Cook In A Book)
Our current favorite for giggles. Perfect for ages 3-6.
Please, Open This Book!
I literally can't with this one. It's cuteness overload for parents and so much fun for kids.
DJ Baby
This book is an absolute must for ages 1-2, when they are busy learning what word goes to what thing. The flaps in here are really engaging and it's just visually pleasing.
100 First Words: Nature - (Board Book)
This was the first in the series we discovered, actually bought it twice because the first copy she somehow peed on? Anyways perfect for that 1-2 year old range. Also love giving this as a present for 1st birthday parties or baby showers.
